The Vietnamese DNS (Vietnamese search engine) uses version v3.
As mentioned before, Vietnamese DNS servers go through a special verification procedure before they reach the web, and if the DNS server does not meet the requirements, the Vietnamese DNS service will not accept it.
Requirements
In order for the system to find the server it needs in the Vietnamese DNS network, it needs to know as much information about the server it is looking for.
In addition to the domain name and IP address, which must be written on the server in Latin characters, the system must know information about the owner and the registrar of the server.
On the Vietnamese servers DNS for these purposes uses a special protocol HEX.
It requires a minimum of 4 bytes for it to work, viz:

* 16 bytes to expand the address.
For the address to be expanded by 16, it must first be divided by 16 modulo (zero and one).
In other words, to get the number 5, you need to divide the number 5 by 2.
If you use only one-byte HEX, the address will look like this:
* 2 * 5 * 2 * 1 * 2 = 5 5
If you use only two digits for the address, you get the same result.
But when you use more than one byte of HEX, you get a different address.
Like this:
* 5 * 7 * 2 * 1 * 2 = 5 5 7
To simplify things, they came up with special codes called 8-bit codes, or byte codes.
So, to find all the byte addresses, you need to write a program like this
hexaddr -laddr
Instead of *laddr there must be a number that you want to find.
It is written as an address in hexadecimal.
For example 16 is 15 in binary number representation.
Or, for example, 16 is 4 in decimal .
To find the number we’re looking for in our number system, we have to rewrite the expression as *laddr, where laddr is the address we want to find.
For example, *laddr = 4 = 16 will be rewritten as *laddr = 16 = 4 = 4 .
