Adobe Photoshop Elements is really great for image editing. Once you get used to using it, you’ll find that it’s so handy you might never go back to raw editing.
In this tutorial, you’re going to learn how to use Photoshop Elements to make your own custom Discord Emoji. And, with a minimal amount of work, you’ll be able to create Discord Emojis in no time.
Step 1: Filling White Background
First off, we need to fill the white background. Make sure that background is transparent.
Step 2: Making the Head of Emoji
Grab the Ellipse Tool (L) and draw a circle.
Note: The circle is going to be the head of the emoji, so draw it large.
Join the two edges to make it look like the “O” in the word “Emoj”.
Draw a white rectangle.
Fill it in solid white.
Choose Edit> Fill> Fill with Background Color.
Use the Brush tool (B) and fill the white areas with cool shades of gray.
Step 3: Add the Skin of the Emoji
This is the part where you can begin editing. For starters, you can add eyebrows.
Step 4: Add the Body of Emoji
Draw an oval shape by either selecting the Rectangular Selection tool (V) or using the Polygonal Lasso tool (L).
Make the oval seem as close as possible to an “O”.
Step 5: Filling in Clothing and Hair
Next, add shoes, pants, a shirt and hair.
Fill the pants in.
Use a few thinner lines to add highlights.
Make the shirt transparent.

What is the best way to implement shared state in Android?
I am working with a singleton class in my android app. It is useful for shared data that is accessed by various android activities.
I would like to be able to find a way of implementing the shared data within the class itself. I was trying to do this by implementing a static variable in a class and the use of the class constant.
However, is there a better way of doing this, perhaps using a Singleton and perhaps also using the class constant?
If you need a singleton, why not use the provided one? If you need extra’state’ for your application, a Singleton is not an appropriate solution.
Singletons are there to help you with global constants. If you need a shared variable, then it is something that better fits into the central Application or Context.
Just use a regular variable and access it from whichever part of your code would need it.
Top early indicators of successful adoption of Electronic Health Records: results from a survey of hospital CEOs and Information and Communication Technology directors.
To evaluate hospital CEOs’ and Information and Communication Technology directors’ perceptions of critical factors impacting successful implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHRs), and the extent of their awareness of the most reliable data on adoption outcomes. Our paper reports results from a survey of 203 CEOs and 183 ICT directors, conducted in 2008. Multivariate analysis, including logistic regression, was used to evaluate associations between surveyed characteristics and interest in EHR adoption. Chi-square and two-sample t-tests were used to compare awareness of health system and EHR data. CEOs and ICT directors were reasonably well-informed about the health system status for adoption of EHRs. Awareness was slightly higher for those who had been active in EHR-related activities (e.g. studied an EHR). However, less than 10% of CEOs and about 20% of ICT directors who had heard of EHRs were aware of reliable data on the adoption process. Of the 44 factors that were assessed for association, we found that the strongest positive associations with EHR interest were: (1) the existence of an EHR vendor in a healthcare organization (OR = 2.63, p = 0.0179); (2) a history of adopting or implementing other commercial EHRs (OR = 2.33, p = 0.0547);
What’s New in the?
Dennis “Knew The Hammer” Johnson and “The Ghetto” Ed Jackson are put into a room by Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and “Big Boy” Nicky. They got there just in time to see Mike smack down & murder Todd “The Situation” and Jai “Big Boy” Alexander. Mike then turned to “The Ghetto” and said, “Ed, you can’t be here, where’s your badge?”. “The Ghetto” answered, “I left it at home.” Mike then smacked “The Ghetto” in the face over and over again.
As “The Ghetto” is being beaten down, “D-Block” comes in. “D-Block” immediately walks up to Mike. He then picked up Mike and smashed him down against a wall, letting him know that you don’t fuck with D-Block (Dre). “D-Block” then lifts Mike in the air, and drops him to the ground for real. As Mike is laying on the ground, he is then helped up by “The Situation” & “Big Boy”. “The Situation” & “Big Boy” are then told to kick this beaten down “The Ghetto” into oblivion and into the streets.
Later on in the night, Mike talks to Jai and informs him that “D-Block” is in the building. Jai then tells Mike that he doesn’t know who Mike is, and that he’s gonna deal with it himself. Jai is then escorted out of the building by “The Situation” and “Big Boy”. Outside of the building, Jai pulls out a gun and shoots “The Situation” & “Big Boy”, then takes off running.Q:
Cannot create an Azure function in Visual Studio Team Services
When creating an Azure function I can either create it in Visual Studio, or using the CLI.
I cannot seem to get it to work when I create it in Visual Studio.
The Azure Function Configuration File template appears in the New Function project -> Function.json template section but is greyed out – because there is no template file yet. When I click on the template to create one, the Function.json file is created but it only contains the json configuration. It contains no content so a call is not possible.
It seems like Visual Studio is just ignoring the Template.
Anyone having similar issues?
I think you are creating azure function V
