BANDOLINE PULAC GASSING CERTIFICATES CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY STUDIES DEPARTMENT OF SINCE JUNE 2011 HADWALA PATEL HELLESA SREENI BANDOLINE (PRINCE JOHNSON UNIVERSITY) According to Nelson and Sullivan (1957, 1958) at the beginning of the 1900’s, there was a clear difference in the number of people working in the work places. Namely the ones in the agriculture sector were fewer then the industrial workers. This came to be an important factor in the modernization of the industrial workers. Because they were valued to be able to work in work places that they were sure to be in. They were not as it was in the agriculture sector because you could be sacked from your employment when you did not have enough land for your self. By the time World War II became a reality in the late 1930’s, the Industrial Revolution was firmly in place. It was as if the majority of the people thought that if they where capable of, they had the ability to do almost anything. Because they where so much into using their time, they where unaware of the amount of time it took to master a skill. Then again because of the Industrial Revolution, they where physically afraid to do anything because of the problems that they might find themselves in. They where even unaware of the amount of complications that there were in doing that they where about to do. Nelson and Sullivan (1958) in the year 1944 said that they thought that the future will be dominated by science. Because they where very scientific in their methods, they thought that the future will be dominated by science. However, they also started to realize that the study of science is not as it was before because they had created so many great people. They now had people that will in coming years help society to achieve new discoveries. On the most important parts of life people cannot be separated as they should be.
