About the game: The player in charge is a rookie detective assigned to police a City where the crime rate is among the highest in the US. The player has no choice to change this, their only choice is how they go about cleaning up the problems in their assigned City. Friends are your human resources for the city. They will listen to your honest request but they will also tip you off about people with a bad reputation and lead you to their business dealings. –Work/Office. People will be loyal to you and always be on hand for a job. They may not agree with your way of doing things but they will never outright say so. –Gas station. People will be willing to fill up your gas tank whenever you are running low. –Union. Unions are made up of truck drivers, workers in the factories and such. If you can find a union that agrees with you, you will have access to any job in the city that does not fall under the police power. –Cobbler. Your cobbler has a wide and loyal base in the city. They may not agree with your way of doing things but they will never outright say so.
