Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit Full Video

High intensity interval training (anaerobic), by itself after the morning workout, when you see high nivo speed… I don’t know about other people, but I do some interval training when I wake up.
It can be as simple as running around the block every day.
I start in the morning and keep going until I’m done with everything.
However, I can also run when I am awake if I have a few minutes to do so.
I do this for 30 seconds and then do the exercises for 30 seconds and I start at 30 seconds and finish within 30 seconds.
This is one of the ways I run during the day.
