A conceptual model of the relations between teacher and student emotions: implications for teaching.
Two field studies were conducted to examine the relations between teacher and student emotions. In Study 1, the author explored the relations between students’ self-reported emotions and teacher emotions in the classroom and found significant relationships between teacher and student emotions. Teacher emotions predicted positive changes in student emotions.
